Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction is the expertly-designed and research-backed curriculum developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School over 40 years ago. This program has become widely accepted as the gold standard and is used in hundreds of hospitals, schools & universities, prisons, and treatment centers to help people create a new relationship with pain, pressure, and the every day stressors of our modern world.
This 8-week online course is open to anyone who would like to build a more meaningful relationship with their mind and body, and develop skillful responses to the challenges of day to day living. No prior experience is needed, except the experience of being human!
